Job DescriptionWorking alongside the IT Helpdesk, the apprentice will show an enthusiastic approach to learning, handling first line support calls for 500 staff via our Helpdesk system. It is imperative that the candidate is able to show initiative and be pro-active, whilst delivering excellent service at all times as the helpdesk is the first point of call.
