About The RoleThey are searching for an experienced and confident Development Leader Solution Architect Consultant, who can bring their mix of technical skills and stakeholder management experience to be the bridge between the two sides. You will have hands-on experience in the MS tech space, can speak tech speak, and can easily translate it to those who can't. You will have engineering and development leadership as well as architectural experience where you have delivered solutions at a very high level and can demonstrate examples of your success.
DUTIES Guide and support delivery teams towards best practice designing end-to-end MS solutionsMeet immediate project or sprint needsEnsure non-functional requirements (resilience, availability, reusability, performance, etc.) are well described and understood by all partiesEnsure that solution trade-offs and architectural decisions are clearly documented, understood, and agreed by all – communicating intent, value proposition, and target architecture in a way that is easily understood by others.Mentor and lead .NET DevelopersSkills & ExperienceStrong technological leadership, skills, and experience of customer-facing digital and ecommerce and supporting technologiesA deep understanding of Microsoft Tech architecture concepts, tools, and methods (Azure functions, synapse, DevOps, TDD, and BDD)CI/CD, security, and automation knowledgeThe ability to effectively maintain relationships and influence your immediate team and key stakeholders from both business, enterprise architecture, and broader technology areas.Experienced as a tech lead within the MS tech stack, software architect, application architect, or other development leadership role with at least 5 years of architecture and design experienceBenefitsCareer progressionSupportive team in hybrid environmentGreat remunerationHow To ApplyClick the APPLY button and include your resume and cover letter or email ******
