We are seeking an IT Developer to join our team, responsible for maintaining technologies that integrate with Dynamics and in-house systems.
In this role, you will help enhance these platforms, recommend future upgrades, and design and implement changes.
Key Responsibilities Maintain, support, upgrade, and evolve the Dynamics 365 Platform, PowerApps applications, client portals, and business tools. Understand requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Collaborate with system architects and IT Developers to design and deliver effective solutions. Enhance existing solutions to improve system functionality. Provide third-level response to IT support tickets. Work within project management and service delivery frameworks to meet deadlines. Engage and collaborate with staff and vendors on system issues and changes. Resolve escalated issues, suggest upgrades, and maintain documentation. Pursue IT knowledge enhancement and implement changes outside regular business hours. Who We're Looking For Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Canvas Apps and PowerApps Component Framework. Relevant IT qualification or 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. Experience administering and managing the Dynamics and Azure platforms. Familiarity with GIT repositories, DevOps, and CI / CD. Strong problem-solving skills and initiative. Excellent face-to-face and written communication skills. Teamwork skills, as well as personal organization and ability to meet deadlines. Adaptability, commitment to growth, and strong customer focus. Comfortable with headless Linux (Debian) environments using SSH and FTP. Experience with PHP. Understanding of ITIL concepts. Experience with Atlassian products (Jira and Confluence). Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
