About the role… We are seeking a passionate IT Desktop Support Officer to join our APG Head Office team in Virginia, QLD.
This role is responsible for proving exceptional support across the APG team.
The primary role of IT Desktop Support Officer is: Logging, monitoring and resolving support requests from end users Provide desktop support to staff Manage the onboarding/offboarding process Support remote workers by troubleshooting VPN, connectivity, and other technical issues Maintain documentation of IT systems, procedures, and solutions Maintain and manage all IT assets and their records.
About you, skills and experience… Experience working in an IT Support Role with multiple disciplines Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Skilled in the use of Jira for IT Service Management Experience in Active Directory (Users, Groups, Policy) Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience with asset management & tracking within corporate environment Experience supporting office & store printer functionality Experience in M365 service management (Email, Teams & Office Apps) Excellent knowledge of Windows 11 Operating system & corporate applications Excellent Communication Skills and customer service skill.
