The Role on Offer: We're currently working with an Australian utilities organisation who are seeking an IT Change Co-ordinator to assist in the delivery of ITIL related change.
This position will be operated as part-time contractual with 2 days per week, Tuesday and Thursday required days and the position will be on-site at their inner-western suburbs office.
Rate on offer would be up to 500 per day inclusive of Super and cost , depending on relevant experience.
The engagement will be for 12 weeks from start date.
Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive Training Plan.
Conduct Training Needs Analysis to identify gaps and opportunities.
Create Training Manuals and Job Aids tailored to project requirements.
Design Quick Reference Guides for ease of learning.
Produce engaging Training Videos and BAU Training Videos.
Facilitate Train the Trainer sessions to empower internal trainers.
Deliver Online Training sessions with a focus on interactivity and retention.
Lead Head Onsite Office Training for hands-on experience.
Craft a strategic Communications Plan to support project objectives.
Update the Intranet with timely and relevant project information.
Design and distribute User Feedback Surveys to gauge effectiveness.
Perform Readiness Checks to ensure smooth transition during project phases.
Develop Test Scripts to validate functionality and user experience.
Provide Hypercare Support, including additional materials and training as needed.
Undertake Adhoc tasks to support the project's success.
Required Skills & Specialisms: Knowledge of or experience with supporting IT Project administration Building positive and productive relationships with stakeholders Experience facilitating forums Sound project management skills and experience.
Experience working in IT Change management or with CAB ITIL Certification (favourable but not essential) Technical knowledge in the following areas will be highly advantageous: ITIL Framework Governance Quality Assurance Management Process Documentation & Management Digital Literacy Organisational Learning & Development If you're experienced in ITIL related change and are looking for a part-time engagement, apply now via the link provided.
