Though surrounded by untamed wilderness and rugged terrain, Fraser Island boasts luxurious, relaxing and natural accommodation experiences for guests from all corners of the world.

So, what are we looking for?
We are in search for a professionalDay Spa/MassageTherapistto join our diverse team in our Resort Day Spa… do you think you have what it takes?
We are currently consideringlive oncandidates, which requires relocation to Fraser Island into the Staff Village.
A few essentials about you...
Proven Spa and or Massage Therapy experience in a resort day spa environment or similar
Excellent understanding of client care and exceptional treatment standards
Ability to recommend home care products as part of providing excellent client care
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to work autonomously, and as a part of a dedicated and passionate team
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous reception / administration experience - client bookings and phone/email confirmations - highly regarded
Hands on experience, performing massage therapies, reception duties and operational tasks - as required
An understanding and dedication to providing the highest level of guest service
Have a professional outlook in the workplace and show an invested interest in the hustle and bustle of the Hospitality industry
Ensuring all client enquiries are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
Demonstrate people management skills and an understanding of cultural diversity within the workplace
Take pride in your customer service abilities to ensure our guests’ experience on island is one to remember! Offering guests a professional level of service in a relaxed and friendly environment
A few simple role requirements...
A valid Police Clearance (dated within the last 6 months), or the ability to obtain one for work
Previous experience within a spa/massage environment or similar
Excellent understanding of client care and exceptional treatment standards
Extraordinarily high level of customer service and work ethic
The ability to work across a broad rostering system, over a 7 day working week
