Typically no direct experience is required.More about the Investor Contact Centre | Call Campaigns role at Automic Group**The Role**We are seeking an Investor Services Associate (Call Campaigns) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be employed on a casual basis to conduct outbound calls to gather Shareholder intent regarding General Meetings, Annual General Meetings, and other Corporate Action activity. On occasion, you may also be required to assist the Investor Services team with ad hoc tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in financial markets and corporate customer service while working in a supportive team environment!**Responsibilities** Handle outbound calls to Investors Provide accurate information and assistance to Investors Follow established call scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality Maintain a professional image for the business**Demonstrated Capabilities** Prior customer service or call centre experience is preferred, but not essential Previous experience in financial markets is preferred, but not essential Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills A high level of organisational and time management skills Ability to show initiative and work independently, while being a team player_Automic Group's policy does not accept speculative CVs from agencies, unless the role has been released directly by our Talent Acquisition team.
