Investment Associate - Securitisation - Private CreditOur client is seeking a Securitisation Investment Associate for their Private Credit division. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team, working on executing and structuring transactions in the securitisation space.
What you'll do:
Analyse the financial health and performance of corporationsAssess risk profiles and develop financial models to support various transactionsFocus on creating and analysing asset-backed securities, and other structured instrumentsPerform detailed cash flow projections, conduct scenario analyses, and assess the impact of different financial structures on the issuing entitiesRun due diligence for credit transactions and prepare credit papers for approval by ICCollaborate effectively with trading, sales, and legal teams
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MathematicsIdeally 3-5 years experience within a Bank or Financial Institution working within securitisation.Understanding of corporate financial statements and key ratiosFamiliarity with loan structures, terms, structured finance products, particularly asset-backed securitiesKnowledge of warehouse lending structures and processesProficiency in analysing large data sets and loan-level dataAbility to perform cash flow modelling for ABS transactionsExperience with financial modelling and scenario analysisStrong attention to detail and accuracy in financial calculationsExcellent written and verbal communication skills for report writing and presentations
