We are seeking an Associate who will join the team in the growth phase of the business.
This person will conduct due diligence on prospective investments, build and maintain financial models, critique model inputs, and generate model outputs to assist with the investment decision making process, ongoing valuation and investor reporting.
You will also assist the investment team with the ongoing management of portfolio companies.
The successful candidate will ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or strategy related role.
It is essential you have a strong financial modelling skillset and you will have good working knowledge of accounting and financing concepts, including strong familiarity with financial statements, and a detailed understanding of common valuation approaches and capital structures.
Above all, the successful candidate must have a strong interest in the social sector and be eager to shape the social impact investing landscape in Australia.
