Investment Analyst - Real Estate

We are currently working with a leading global PE Investor who manages a broad range of assets, including real estate. They are looking to add an Investment Analyst to their Sydney office, with experience in property gained through investment banking or direct investments.

Job Description Summary: Sector Knowledge: Understanding of Australia's real estate and M&A deal landscape. Deal Involvement: Experience handling multiple workstreams across internal and external stakeholders in deal processes. Financial Expertise: Skilled in financial modeling. Reporting: Capable of preparing investment committee papers and communicating investment recommendations. Preferred background in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance. 1-2 years of experience required.

Financial qualifications (CFA, CA, or MBA) are advantageous.

Seeking candidates with a commercial and analytical mindset, strong communication and presentation skills, excellent organizational and project management abilities, and advanced financial modeling and risk analysis capabilities.
