We are calling for expressions of interest from Investigators.
The details: You will conduct investigations across the organisation that meet requisite standards of quality, timeliness, efficiency, and to the highest integrity. You will communicate your findings clearly and succinctly and may identify risk mitigation to prevent a recurrence of incidents.
Your ticket to play: Extensive experience conducting investigations ideally in the following areas: customer complaints, incidents, workers' comp, etc. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly desirable, e.g., Government investigations, law, justice, criminology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to stakeholders. Ability to get to the heart of the matter in a compassionate way. Interested?
