Inventory Officer | Full Time | Day Shift | Monday to FridayDue to a recent promotion, we are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Inventory Officer to join our dynamic and collaborative operations team in Wetherill Park, Sydney. In this role you will be responsible for the accuracy of inventory and ensuring timely processing in the system of all information relating to Distribution Centre (DC) stock, including stock movements and deliveries.
Day to Day you will: Maintain and continually develop the cycle counting system for all warehouse inventoriesMonitor and improve the Goods Inward System (WMS)Manage DC stock transfer program across ANZManage inbound and import time slot bookingVerify and communicate to responsible stakeholders in relation to Quality Inspection Procedures (QIP) and receiving variancesMaintain inventory register for on hold, out of rotation and short shelf-life productsConduct regular cycle countsWeekly and monthly stocktakingEncourage and drive a culture of engagement and continuous improvement within the workplaceAbout You: Demonstrated inventory experience, ideally within a similar role in either a Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, and/or Transport industryAbility to build and foster long term relationships with internal and external stakeholdersIntermediate IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skillsTraining and Development: We understand the importance of ongoing growth and development.
