WesTrac is seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join us at the Parts Distribution Centre in South Guildford on a full-time permanent basis.
Reporting to the Product Planning Manager, the successful candidate will help maintain the supply of inventory to WesTrac distribution stores and branches across Western Australia, manage supplier relationships, purchase inventory, process supplier invoices, and assist with reporting and data extraction.
Additional responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, timely customer service through phone, email, and helpdesk support, monitor inventory levels, and collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory management.

Roster: 5 / 2 8hrs
