About the Company We are working with a leading supplier to retailers across Australia and New Zealand.
Our client is looking for an experienced Inventory Administrator to join their team.
You will be part of a cohesive and supportive team who are extremely passionate and innovative in the work that they do.
Benefits: $65K - $75K + Super Amazing career growth and development Long term stability and training Great culture and team environment Full time permanent role Office located in the inner east suburbs Key responsibilities: You will be responsible for assisting the Office Manager with all administrative tasks and dealing with multiple buyer groups.
Data entry and analysis Creating and analysing reports Basic banking reconciliations Processing customer payments and following up on customer accounts Support the wider team with the day-to-day operations Maintain information and data correctly Answering inbound phone calls and assisting clients with their queries and orders Liaising with multiple departments including buying groups Requirements: 2+ years' experience in a similar administration and customer service role Strong understanding of technology and new systems High attention to detail and accuracy Excellent time management and communication skills Willingness to learn and work well in a team Advanced computer skills including MS Office suite / Excel experience If you think you have the required experience for the role, APPLY NOW!
