About the role Hybrid and remote working arrangements availableFixed term, 12 months (with potential for extension)$98,825 - $103,784 (pro rata) + 11.5% super + 17.5% annual leave loadingReporting to the Manager of People and Culture, the newly created Intersectionality, Diversity and Inclusion Business Partner role will progress existing priority initiatives and strategies to strengthen our inclusive culture, build intersectionality as a capability and support an intersectional approach to our work. This role requires advanced knowledge of intersectionality and the benefits of incorporating an intersectional lens to work practices. There is existing evidence that informs the initiatives planned to build capability within the organisation.
About you You will have experience developing and leading initiatives within workplaces that contribute to continuous improvement and a more diverse and inclusive culture. To be successful in this role, you will reference evidence-based information, have experience in project management, harness exceptional listening skills and be innovative. It will be important that you quickly understand the varied needs in the organisation and that you can tailor communications to a range of audiences. An understanding of the drivers of violence against women and gender equality will be advantageous.
