Altios International is looking for an International Project Manager to manage and support the internationalization projects of our clients into the North American region (Mexico, Canada, United States).
As an International Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our international clients into new markets. You will be responsible for overseeing and executing strategic projects that enable our clients to achieve their market entry and business growth objectives.
MissionsCollaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored market entry strategies.Support our international clients with strategic studies for new market entry, recruitments, M&A projects, industrial implementation, commercial representation, among others tailored-made services.Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting phases.Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.Provide strategic guidance and recommendations based on industry best practices and market insights.Support the Advisory team in meetings, events & several activities within the ALTIOS ecosystem (Government Agencies, Embassies, Associations, investment funds, Banks, etc.).ProfileBachelor's degree in business administration, International Relations, or related fields; master's degree preferred.Proven experience in project management, preferably within a consulting or international business environment geared towards the North American region.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information and make data-driven decisions.Advanced level of Spanish & English; additional languages (especially French) are a plus.Soft Skills:Customer oriented.Analytical & communication skills.Project management.Teamwork.Previous experience in the United States will be seen as a plus.Why join us?Conviviality and passion for international business are part of our DNA, in all our subsidiaries.The company is growing rapidly, but remains on a human scale and places its employees at the heart of their project.Our consulting activity is multidisciplinary and adapted to the needs of each client.We offer a dynamic work environment to our talents and are committed to creating a caring atmosphere.Our agility allows us to have varied missions and to learn every day.Additional informationThe position is based in Mexico City.
