Job Description The International Operations and Service Specialist will provide process, executional delivery and sales support of the international growth strategy, working closely with all members of the International Team.
In this role, you will act as a cross functional link across key internal functions (supply chain, logistics, marketing, finance) whilst also working directly with customers. You will also engage in continuous process improvement for customer service and operations.
Here is a taste of what you can expect in this role:
Lead the effective processing of customer Purchase Orders Provide customer service support to customers (new line forms completion, collation of product specification data etc) Lead process improvement to facilitate future growth Lead the monthly forecasting process and the monthly S&OP review for selected customers Support the supply planning needs of the International team via close working relationships with supply chain and our wine operations team Assist in the coordination and dispatch of customer samples Ad hoc customer support such as reports or certificates of origin Assist in the administration of the above tasks such as processing accompanying freight invoices Support the sales team in the delivery of growth targets Qualifications Now let's talk about you:
Experience within the International operations environment (minimum 2 years) Experience with drinks and retail industry (minimum 2 years) Customer service orientated Positive can do attitude that complements being part of a small team whilst working well in the broader organisation Strong analytical and problem solving skills together with a collaborative business partnering style Strong communication skills, stakeholder management and relationship building skills Strong cross cultural communication skill and experience Demonstrable experience in process management and improvement Additional Information We are together creators
