About the International Operations Finance Graduate Programme Novo Nordisk International Operations encompasses markets in Europe, Africa, Middle East, Asia, Oceania, and Latin America. The finance organisation focuses on driving competitive value creation with a strong performance culture with a focus on feedback. We are looking for people to help us transform numbers into actionable insights, to act as partners to line of business (e.g. sales and marketing organisation) and to create a solid platform for the company's future success.
The position During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting rotations of eight-months duration, starting in your home country Australia, followed by a combination of either HQ in Denmark or International Operations Strategic Head Office in Zurich, an IO Regional Office or one of our many global affiliates. You will become truly close to the marketplace and will get hands-on experience with business challenges and risks that pharmaceutical companies face in the marketplace and be able to impact the business with the acquired financial understanding.
Qualifications To thrive and succeed as an International Operation Finance Graduate in Australia, we expect you to have:
Australian citizen or permanent residency holderA recent master's (from 2024 or 2025) or bachelor's degree (from 2023 or 2024) in a relevant field, for example within finance, economics, accounting, business administration, international business, management accounting and other key areasIf applying with a bachelor's degree, we expect you to have 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience between or after completing your master's degree and no more than 3 to 4 years in totalInternational experience, for example from studying a full semester abroad, working or volunteeringRelevant work experience or extracurricular activities obtained next to your studiesInternational mind-set and ability to adapt quickly to changeTeam-player attitude, excellent communication skills, high drive, and an eagerness to learnGlobally mobile and professional fluency in EnglishIf you think you meet the criteria and are interested in joining the programme with start-up date 1 September 2025, please make sure to submit your application no later than 30 November 2024 GMT+1.
