Your new roleYou will be responsible for providing efficient and exceptional customer service to our large and varied customer base. Your key responsibilities include:
Provision of customer service, including effectively actioning customer requests and enquiries.Counter sales including the promotion of an extensive and diverse product set.Actioning customer requests and enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email.Completion of cyclic stock takes and rotating stock.Stocking shelves ensuring the safe storage of goods.Picking and packing orders that are due to be dispatched to customers.Some order processing, invoicing, and inventory control.Understanding and observing standard safety and security precautions.This is a full-time permanent role based in Mount Isa, Queensland. Work hours are regular business hours Monday to Friday.

What you'll need to succeedYou're a driven and passionate professional with proven experience working in a customer-facing role.You have excellent communication skills and enjoy meeting people, rather than being locked behind a computer in an office.Be excellent at managing your own time and a real 'self-starter'; you don't need someone watching over your shoulder to get things done.Be more than happy to move around on your feet all day – this role can be physically demanding at times and requires someone fit with a "can-do" attitude!Work well in a team – we recognise that our staff are our greatest asset and maintaining a positive working environment is non-negotiable.Hardworking and motivated to learn and grow within a company.High attention to detail; you notice mistakes and errors quickly.Have a current driver's license.You have full Australian working rights – meaning you are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, or Australian Permanent Resident.If you are looking for a rewarding, genuine career development opportunity, this is the perfect role for you!
