Your duties will include but are not limited to: Support an Account Manager "buddy" in providing outstanding customer service Processing orders and quotes in an efficient, accurate and prompt manner Build and continue developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders Liaising with various suppliers to source products and information for customers Completing take offs and follow up on quote submissions Continually look for ways to add value to Bowens and our customers' business We are looking for an individual who possesses the below skills: Ideally, prior experience in a sales support/administration position processing orders and quotes. Possess a 'Customer Comes First' attitude with sound planning, organisational and attention to detail skills Strong communication skills both over the phone and via email. A willingness to learn and have fun whilst getting the job done Strong relationship building, analytical and problem solving skills A sales mindset with the ability to contribute to store KPI's #J-18808-Ljbffr
