Purpose of this role Providing the highest level of customer service and support to all customers, both internal and external.
Providing sales support to the external sales team.
Responsibilities Accurate processing of Sales Orders, Quotes and Enquiries. Provide support to customers and the external sales team. Have an understanding of the product lines and their applications. Qualify inbound enquiries to ensure effective handling. Taking enquiries in a professional and friendly manner. Assist with maintaining, monitoring and communicating relevant stock levels. Assist with reporting tasks where required. Assist colleagues where required. Any other duties as requested.
