About the Role: You will assist in the recruitment of blue-collar roles for the internal team.
This role will suit someone who has prior mining recruitment experience and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Duties: Manage the end-to-end recruitment processOrganising documentation for new startersAssist in onboarding of new hires where requiredBuild and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experienceProvide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to hiring managersSkills & Experience: The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, be a fast learner with a sense of urgency who thrives under pressure and demonstrates initiative.
