From crafting the perfect tone for newsletters and monthly all-employee calls to organising our community days each quarter, your work will reach every corner of the organisation—making sure everyone feels connected, heard, and valued.About YouYou've got a way with words. But, you're not just a wordsmith—you're a communicator with heart. You understand that the best internal communications aren't just about sharing information—they're about building a culture and fostering engagement. Your natural ability to translate complex ideas into clear, relatable communications inspires people to take action, stay engaged, and feel part of something bigger. You know how to advise on the right timing, tone, and channels to use.Plus, you're not afraid of juggling multiple projects. You've got the skills to keep things running smoothly, whether you're organising an all-company call or pulling together creative content for rolling out a new internal program.Here's What We're After:Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).At least 5 years of experience in internal or corporate communications, ideally with some HR-related experience.Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence across teams.Experience in change management, advising on clear, consistent messaging to support organisational transitions.Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without missing a beat.A strong understanding of communication channels like intranets, newsletters, and employee meetings.A passion for driving engagement and maintaining a positive culture.Why You'll Love It HereImpact: Your work will help shape the culture of Diabetes Australia, keeping our people connected to our mission and to each other.
