Our diversity helps us provide the best support possible to carers, families, children and young people and all of our external stakeholders.A little about the roleReporting to the National Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate the Key Assets internal communications framework, communications strategy, and annual plan.This role will focus on enhancing internal communication strategies, engaging internal and external audiences, and promoting a positive organisational culture.Some key responsibilities include:Create engaging content for various communication channels to ensure KAA employees across the organisation are informed.Initiate, create and implement internal communications plans to support key projects, announcements, and activities.In collaboration with jurisdictions, ensure the development of nationally consistent communications to carers, children and young people, service users and families and develop, reviewing regularly for continuous improvement.Continuously review KAA internal communications channels nationally – fostering existing channels and creating new ones, where required.The base salary for this position is $110,000/annum (based on 1.0 FTE) + super + salary packaging options up to $15,900 per annum. This position is part time, ongoing, working 22.5 hours per week.This position can be based at any of our offices, nationally!About youYou will come with strong project management, presentation, communication and copywriting skills, with proven experience developing nurturing stakeholder relationships. You will also be able to effectively influence, manage, and successfully collaborate with multiple stakeholders and external agencies.You will also come with:Tertiary level qualification in Business, Marketing, PR, or Communications.Prior experience in a similar role, managing and measuring a range of communication strategies including online and digital communication.Experience in the use of IT and electronic communications including Microsoft Office 365, MS Teams, and Content Management Systems such as Adobe Creative Cloud.My Key AssetsThe health and wellbeing of our people is at the core of our employee and client experience.
