In this role, you'll be responsible for: Overseeing the entire contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
Negotiating terms, resolving issues, and streamlining contract processes.
Managing cost control, claims, and monthly reporting.
Maintaining accurate contract documentation and ensuring proper filing.
To be successful, you'll have: Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts administration with a proven track record.
Strong understanding of construction contracts, law, and regulations.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Jobpac experience a plus).
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
A detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy.
The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
