Key Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted secondary point of contact for Directors, expertly addressing client issues, problems, and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
Meticulously review monthly client work in progress and generate accurate invoices for Director review.
Provide invaluable insight, analysis, and support to clients, ensuring their needs are exceeded and they are delighted with the work produced.
Skillfully perform a diverse range of accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, tax returns, management reports, and delivering ad hoc tax advice.
Serve as a mentor to junior staff, generously sharing your knowledge and championing the application of internal policies and procedures.
Stay at the forefront of your field by continuously updating your knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, best practices, and industry developments, ensuring unwavering compliance.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting from a reputable institution.
Completion or active pursuit of the prestigious CA/CPA qualification.
A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as an accountant, honing your craft.
Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and intermediate Microsoft Office skills, ensuring technological excellence.
