Intermediate Accountant (2+ Years) - Cbd

Our client is an award winning accounting firm based in modern offices just north of the Melbourne CBD.
They currently have a vacancy for a passionate and energetic intermediate accountant with a minimum of 2 years business services experience to manage a broad range of clients from high net worth individuals to small and medium sized businesses.
You will be involved with more than just compliance but will also be able to create and nurture client relationships.
You will be involved with: • Preparation of Financial Accounts to trial balance and Income Tax Returns including; BAS reconciliations, navigation of Tax Agent Portal, Fringe Benefits Tax, superannuation and depreciation • Preparation of tax planning work and provision of recommendations • Ensuring high quality services are provided to clients at all times • Dealing directly with clients   You will have: • A relevant tertiary qualification • Commenced CA/CPA (completion of Tax module preferred) • At a minimum 2 years work experience in a similar role within an Australian practice • Excellent communication and written skills    This is a fantastic opportunity to join a firm that promotes a healthy work/life balance and has a clear career path that leads all the way up to partnership.
