This role focuses on all data collected in our business systems, methods of collection, data warehouse design and management, reporting and providing business teams the information from our business systems to assist with decision making.This is permanent full-time position based at St Leonards with hybrid opportunities available.What we can offer youWe care about your wellbeing at HammondCare and as a result offer a wide range of health and lifestyle benefits including:NFP salary packaging ($15,900 tax free) plus meals and entertainment benefit (up to $2,650 tax free)Additional leave purchase options and 14 weeks paid parental leaveFlexible working options, including hybrid arrangementsDiscounts on everyday products and servicesDiscounted healthcare memberships - access to network of fitness centres and pools for employees and familiesFree access to independent counselling support for employees and familiesHealth & Wellbeing programmesReward & Recognition programmesReferral bonusesCareer and professional development opportunitiesKey Responsibilities includeIntegration Development – Designing and implementing integration solutions using various technologies including APIs, middleware and ETL toolsSystem Analysis – Analysing business requirement and translate them into technical specifications for system integrationBuilding and maintaining end-to-end ETL processes across multiple platforms/data sourcesExtracting data from multiple systems and sources (on-prem and cloud systems), transform and analyse to form business insightsCreating and maintaining SQL scripts and stored procedures to assist in the ETL pipeline and manage data warehouseAssisting systems administrators (Application Management Team) with information required for application support, data migration, data interrogation, upgrades and configuration changesDeveloping methodologies, processes and technologies that transform raw data into meaningful and useful information to provide historical, current and predictive views of business operations.Guiding, developing and maintaining business and technology teams with business systems integration needsAbout YouCommitment to engage and align with HammondCare's Mission, Motivation and Mission in ActionBSc/BA in Information or Computing ScienceMinimum of 5 years demonstrated experience in a similar position in an information systems discipline3 – 5 years' experience of integration tools and technologies such as middleware, API management, and ETL processesStrong experience in MS SQL Server stack – particularly SSIS, SSRSStrong experience in managing data warehousesKnowledge of business systems and databases including development and implementation of data / BI strategiesDesirable PowerBIExperience in realising business and customer value through complex CRM and ERP systemsExposure to big-data platforms and AI is desirableBusiness Analysis skills such as running user eliciting requirements, mapping business process, and preparing project documentationKnowledge of project management methodology and the ability to work within a project delivery scheduleA passion for data and analysing information to aid business decision making and improve efficiencyExcellent oral and written communication skillsWell organised, proactive, collaborative, service-based work ethicPreferably experience in the Aged Care and / or Health industry – with strong business awarenessTo ApplyIf you are ready to make a difference with HammondCare, Apply Now!Pre- Employment ChecksAll short-listed applicants will be asked to consent to a criminal record check and references.HammondCare is committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
