Developers/Programmers (Information & Communication Technology)This Federal Government department supports and regulates what is considered a critical industry for everyday Australians.Due to ongoing technology uplifts, there is an exciting opportunity for an Integration Manager to join the team and provide technical leadership on solutions planning, collaborating with relevant application experts and providing input to solution designs for integration.Key Responsibilities:Lead an integration team to analyse business processes and requirements, apply initiatives and contribute to improve integration solutions.Establish and monitor connections between cross-functional applications utilising Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) capabilities.Contribute to the design and development of data integration workflows between platforms.Lead the team to develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and other documentation relating to the operation and governance of integration solutions.Support in testing activities, including integration testing and end-to-end (business process) testing.Investigate, analyse and research incidents/problems by delivering accurate and timely advice and solutions.Collaborate with vendors to resolve issues and escalate support requests.Key Selection Criteria:Demonstrated knowledge and experience of integration patterns, best practices and automation to deliver integration solutions.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.Proven ability to prioritise work and meet expected deadlines.Demonstrated problem-solving skills with quality, efficiency and accountability.Demonstrated written and oral communication skills and ability to influence and interact in an effective way and communicate information coherently and concisely to a diverse audience and to non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality work to tight timeframes.Eligibility for baseline level security clearance (must be an Australian Citizen).What's on Offer:Contract until 30 June 2025 + 2x 6-month extension option.Iconic industry supported by a notable Federal Government department.Flexible working arrangements available.Opportunity to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance.Candidates who currently have Baseline Clearance Security Clearances are highly desirable.
