Aon is looking for candidates with strong administration and/or insurance experience .

If you have worked in an administration support role and/or have general insurance experience, a passion for client service and an interest in developing your insurance career, we would love to hear from you!

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.

What the day will look like

Your day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!

Responsibilities:
Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needsCommunicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needsParticipate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, creating renewal reports, certificates of currency and endorsementsPrepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely mannerAttend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking dutiesManage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client ManagersEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer service How this opportunity is different

About You

This position requires a driven and experienced self-starter with strong administration and customer service skills.

Additionally, you will have the following:
Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)Client service, Underwriting, Claims or Insurance Broking experience (highly regarded)Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain this (highly regarded)Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skillsProactive, organised and ability to meet deadlinesWork collaboratively within a team and autonomouslyExcellent attention to detail
