Broker Team Assistant - Insurance Administration SupportAon is looking for candidates with general insurance experience who have a passion for client service and an interest in developing their insurance career.In this role you will be providing support to a team of Client Executives and Client Managers with varied portfolios.This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work from home and from our Aon office.What the day will look likeYour day will be busy with a focus on client servicing which will be the key to your success!Responsibilities:Provide administration support to our Account Brokers regarding client insurance/risk needsCommunicate with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings to support their insurance needsParticipate in insurance policy pre-renewal, renewal and post-renewal activities including drafting quotations, endorsements, certificates of currency, cancellations, creating renewal reportsPrepare, lodge, and invoice insurance policies in an accurate and timely mannerAttend client meetings and work on tender processes, client renewals, claims and other insurance broking dutiesManage key stakeholder relationships with Senior Brokers, Underwriters, Client Executives and Client ManagersEnhance the client experience through outstanding customer serviceSkills and experience that will lead to successTo be successful in this role, you will be passionate about a career in insurance and have strong administration and customer service skills.Our ideal candidate will relate to the following:Experience supporting Senior Brokers with their client accounts (highly regarded)Client service, underwriting, claims or insurance broking experience (highly regarded)Experience across general insurance products (highly regarded)Tier 1 insurance qualification or willingness to achieve this qualification upon commencementStrong communication, problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent attention to detailDesire for professional development through ongoing trainingThis is an excellent development opportunity for a polished and credible professional to enhance their corporate skills and build on capabilities in a diverse and challenging role.Ongoing support and mentoring will be provided to ensure your success and a pathway for career progression.How to apply:Please submit your up-to-date Resume by clicking on the APPLY NOW option.To learn more about Aon please visit our careers site: www.aoncareers.com.au#LI-Hybrid#LI-MC32550231
