The Team
Our Insurance & Health team is headed up by 33 industry-leading principals across six states. Within the insurance space, our award-winning team is known for producing high-quality advice and delivering exceptional client service. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry, both locally and overseas.
The Role
Due to growth, an opportunity has arisen for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our CTP team in Brisbane. This role will work with Stewart Boland, who has been recognised in Best Lawyers for Insurance Law since 2021.
The role will take on a range of CTP matters from single to multi-vehicle accident claims, common whiplash through to major and catastrophic injury claims, complex liability disputes, and strongly contested damages claims.
The Successful Candidate
We would love to hear from you if you have the following skills, experience, and attributes:
Previous defendant insurance experience (ideally CTP);Ability to build strong client relationships with a focus on client service;Ability and enthusiasm to mentor junior practitioners; andCollaborative and pragmatic approach.The Benefits
