About This Role As a Training Design Specialist/Courseware Developer, you will complete analysis, design and development of training solutions for existing CAE projects and/or any new training business opportunities.
You will be a part of the production team comprised of other developers, multimedia specialists, web developers and SME's developing a full range of learning products from on-page job aids to full e-learning courseware programs.
This role will ideally be based in Homebush, NSW.
The role we are offering you Conduct the analysis, design, development and evaluation of CAE managed courseware Perform training analysis and competency mapping Perform training administrative tasks when required Identify opportunities for expansion of CAE Australia's training business Our ideal candidate has: Cert IV Training and Assessment or similar Demonstrated understanding of training methodologies and specifically defence procedures (e.g.
