Full timeTrielle Projects is a highly skilled signage, activation and event specialist company in Australia and throughout the APAC region. We cover anything from high profile sporting events, expos, activations and general signage projects.Our Head Office is located in Sydney, NSW where this role is required.Required Qualifications/Experience:Proven success coordinating or managing contractors/vendorsExperience using task management workflow systemsMinimum of 10 years within signage industry or constructionCertificate 4 in Project Management advantageous but not essentialAbout The Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Installation Manager to join our team in the signage and events industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating on-site projects, assisting with installation of signage and activations, deliveries to clients and suppliers, scheduling installation works and providing leadership to a team of skilled installation crews.This role requires a solid background in the signage industry, strong problem-solving skills, punctuality, professionalism and a commitment to ensuring high standards of quality and client satisfaction.This role includes regular interstate and international travel for large scale events and signage projects, so the ideal candidate must be flexible with work arrangements.Your responsibilities will include:Communicating with clients in a professional mannerOverseeing large teams of trade contractors on-siteRecruitment of installers across all statesCollating, filing, and assessing all subcontractor training documents and company detailsAssisting in installation where requiredSite assessment, audits, and specifying signage detailGeneral project operations - Purchasing, resource planning & organisationForecast what materials and services are needed to complete installationsArrange deliveries and pick-ups for clients and suppliersTrack and schedule works in workflow systemCo-ordinate internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule and defined budgets in collaboration with project managers, design and production teamsThe successful candidate will have the following key attributes:A positive customer first attitude & strong flexible work ethicAn understanding of building, construction and signage industriesWillingness to travel for workA minimum of 10 years experience in signage or similar construction trade services industryA willingness to learn & develop new skills and processesAbility to demonstrate initiative, responsibility and work as part of a teamExcellent client relationship management skillsStrong communication, planning and time management capabilityA proven track record of success in job management and delivering profitable outcomes to customer expectationsOpportunities for professional development and growthSupportive work environment with emphasis on quality and customer satisfactionBe a part of a vast range of exciting sporting and entertainment events across Australia and the APAC region
