You will enable them to make data-driven decisions that will grow their business.
Sharing your understanding of consumer attitudes, behaviours and retail purchasing trends, you will help clients to win new shoppers and increase sales.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
Developing and maintaining strong ongoing client relationshipsSupporting with client relationships and proactively developing these relationships to deliver against account plan objectivesDefining business problems through consultations with clients and providing solutions to their business needsSolving briefs with actionable recommendations through incorporating analysis from different data sourcesProviding and presenting insights through storytellingUsing Circana's proprietary software to mine data, construct analyses and provide insights.Training and supporting clients with the use of Circana's software and help with their reporting needsMinimum Requirements: Previous experience (2+ years) within category management or insights, ideally in the FMCG industryStrong analysis skills, with the ability to tell a story with the dataA curious mindset and eagerness to learnStrong communication and presentation skillsEffective relationship building skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with competing prioritiesAs well as the technical skills, experience and attributes that are required for the role, our shared behaviours sit at the core of our organisation.
