Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing weekly, fortnightly and quarterly updated SELL rate cards (guidance provided)Maintain BUY rate sheets for Ocean FCL, Ocean LCL, Cartage FCL & LCLMaintain SELL rate summary sheets for internal resources and usageAssist in negotiations and information gathering from shipping lines and cartage providersSkills and ExperienceSolid understanding of financial terminology such as "margin" and "profit & loss"Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)Previous experience in an Inside Sales role is a big plusNegotiation skills, a great advantage – we'll help you build on this skill as you work with our suppliers!Familiarity with INCOTERMS is a bonusExperience in the freight forwarding industry an advantageCargowise 1 knowledge an advantageAbout UsLigentia goes beyond boundaries to take the complexity out of managing your global supply chain.
