Initial Hygiene Solutions seeks an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our Brisbane medical team servicing the Northern Brisbane suburbs.
Reporting to the Local Service Manager, you will support the delivery of on-time service to a range of customers generating Clinical Wastes. This involves both bulk waste removal and container exchange.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and outgoing with a passion for providing exceptional customer service as well as having the following attributes: Cleaning Industry or related industry experience; Previous medical / sharps waste collection experience highly regarded Truck Licence (MR or higher preferred) Ability to work to a planned, time-based work schedule; Ability to work largely unsupervised; General maintenance skills; Confident and professional people skills and presentation; Appreciation for high quality standards with ability to assess from customer perspective; Basic computer skills. Current Dangerous Goods or Prescribed Waste accreditations would be an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided. Requirements: Full Australian driver's licence The ability to work independently to achieve set targets Ability to communicate to internal stakeholders and clients both orally and in writing Manage, maintain and build upon client relationships Cleaning or related industry experience As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete pre-employment medical, references and police checks.
