The Role: In this role, you will lead a team of supervisors, leveraging your skills and expertise to drive successful outcomes across projects in the Greater Perth Metropolitan area.
To be successful you will: Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Civil Construction industry to the role. Take on the responsibilities of a Civil Supervisor, overseeing and guiding teams on-site. Apply expertise in common trenching, telecommunications, and drainage works, particularly within subdivision projects. Utilise strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including team members, clients, and contractors.
