Join us and make a significant impact in a dynamic company dedicated to excellence and growth.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Mid-Level Infrastructure and Automation Engineer will support and maintain the IT infrastructure, focusing on daily operations, ITIL management, end-user support, and automation. Key responsibilities include managing and extending our RPA suite on Power Automate, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring continuous improvement. Collaboration with the Systems Administrator and cross-training for senior-level tasks will be essential.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-User Support: Provide 1st and 2nd line helpdesk support, manage equipment onboarding/offboarding, and deliver user training on IT systems and software;ITIL Process Management: Implement and manage ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management), maintain the IT service catalogue, and monitor KPIs for ITIL processes;Infrastructure Maintenance & Operations: Assist with office network maintenance, manage the Standard Operating Environment (SOE), and perform system updates and backups;Network & Security Management: Support MDM solutions, assist with network and device security, and manage user accounts and permissions;RPA and Automation Management: Own and extend the RPA suite on Power Automate, develop and deploy automation workflows, monitor solutions, and provide training and support for automation tools.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.At least two years of experience with Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).2-4 years of IT infrastructure support experience focusing on ITIL processes and end-user support.Strong understanding of ITIL principles and hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management.Proficiency in managing office networks, mobile device management, and network security, with a solid grasp of SaaS platforms and user account management.HOW TO APPLYClick the 'APPLY' button, attaching a copy of your resume.
