Role:
Kempe Engineering Gladstone has experienced unprecedented growth in their workshop field service and repairs division.
They require the services of an experienced Internal Sales / Workshop Administrator to assist the Operation Manager with the day to day running of our teams and repair workshop.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Generating and administration of Purchase Orders Manage workshop supplier relationships to support the timely completion of work (sourcing of spare parts & specialist services) Daily communication with clients on their current job progress or planned works Processing of Delivery Dockets / Vendor invoices Weekly Processing of Invoices Support daily safety processes and protocols Prepare weekly and monthly business reports & KPI's General Administration and electronic filing The Person We Are Seeking Will Require the Following:
Cert IV Business Administration or similar (desirable) Previous experience in an Engineering/ Mechanical/Automotive service repair workshop environment Minimum 3 years' experience in Workshop/ repair service Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers Strong communication & organizational skills Familiar with MS Office suite Be accurate and detailed Be well organised Be personable and enjoy working with others If you believe you have the skills to successfully meet the requirements of this position, please apply by clicking "apply" below or by sending your current CV to ******
