DENTIST - UP TO FULL TIME IWC Dental is 'Quality Innovation Performance' accredited which is endorsed by the ADA and situated within a purpose-built, state of the art Health and Wellbeing Centre in Bundaberg. IWC Dental is a busy, established dental practice and has been running since 2014. You'll be stepping into a practice that already has a patient database waiting for you.
LOCATION: Bundaberg, QLD
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Respect for First Nations culture and/or the willingness to engage and learn. Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with all staff, stakeholders and community members. Well-developed written and verbal communication skills. Sound clinical knowledge. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor of Dental Science or equivalent Applicants must have AHPRA registration and Professional Indemnity Insurance to commence work Able to maintain high standards of infection control at all times Current Driver's Licence SALARY PACKAGE: In addition to your base salary of $100,000 to $150,000.

Salary Sacrifice Packaging valued up to $15,990 per annum – adding approximately $5,200 to your take home pay. Meals and Entertainment Package up to $2,600 per annum. 9 Day Fortnight. Flexible working hours. 5 weeks annual leave. Professional Development budget -$2,000 per annum. Supervision budget for new Graduates (where required). Superannuation valued at 11.5%. Annual Leave Loading of 17.5%. Case conferencing/ multidisciplinary reviews and case discussions. Relocation allowance (if applicable).
