Implementation Consultant (Saas Erp)

Leading cloud-based provider of real estate software and digital twin technologies. We are looking to build our Sydney-based team for ongoing and new projects. We work with some of the largest commercial property owners, investors and operators in APAC.ResponsibilitiesYou will work closely with our customers to implement enterprise software solutions for the Real Estate industry. Individuals in this role are an integral part of our team and will work closely with our project managers and sales team to ensure that every customer implementation is a success.Consult and implement the platform to new and existing clientsGathering requirements, analysis and solution designDeployment and installation of the solutionConfiguring workflow reporting and interfacesHosting workshops following our proven implementation approachProviding testing support, client training and hypercareEnsuring clients are utilising the program to its maximumDeliver outstanding client service and satisfaction.Assist with the gathering and management of client or regional requirementsEnsure business requirements are documentedLog enhancement requests for the development teamAssisting pre-sales teams when neededInitially, full product training will be provided with hands on opportunities to assist current implementations.RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have some experience implementing or using similar applications or systems:MRI, Yardi, J.D. Edwards, SAP REFX, Oracle, Argus, IBM Tririga, Trimble, Manhattan, PlanOn. Other financial or property management applications would also be considered along with candidates with a strong understanding of real estate and property management.The successful individual is expected to possess drive, passion and sufficient self initiative to work autonomously as well as within a supportive team environment.Degree holder in Real Estate, IT, Accounting or Finance or relevant disciplinesAt least 2 years of experience with Real Estate (or RE systems)Knowledge of real estate operational/financial reportingStrong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer-facing and communications skillsWillingness to learn new software productsTravel required (Australia/New Zealand/Singapore/Hong Kong)By registering, you agree with the processing of your personal data described in our Privacy Notice .#J-18808-Ljbffr
