The Role:Service and preventative maintenance across a variety of air-conditioning and refrigeration equipmentCarrying out breakdown service as and when requiredFault finding and diagnosticsInstallations Efficient submission of quotations and reportsFocus on delivering high quality work and service to our valued customersRotating on call for afterhours break down works. QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS and CAPABILITIES:Cert 3 in Air-conditioning and RefrigerationDisconnect/Reconnect Electrical Workers LicenceARCtick licenseVIC driving licenceExperience of mentoring apprentices is advantageousCommercial/Industrial HVAC experience is essentialExcellent communication skillsBe willing and able to work alone or in a team. EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years' experience as a Commercial and Industrial HVAC service technicianExtensive field repair experience across the suite of HVAC and air quality productsStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skills in various air-conditioning productsStrong knowledge and experience on VRF products including BMS/control systems.Strong technical and customer service communication skillsAbility to train and teach others.Basic to intermediate PC Skills (MS Office)HVAC industry related software tools and Cloud Apps.Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams.Understanding refrigeration cycles.Knowing how to interpret various technical data, such as pressure and temperature.
