Their average tenure for technicians is market leading, they provide ongoing manufacturer training to their staff, push internal promotions and are just solid operators in the market.Right now, they are looking for technicians in Canberra that want to advance into leadership in the future - so if the above sounds interesting, apply now.What will you be doing?Service/ breakdown calls.Preventative/ programmed maintenance.Electrical fault finding.Quoted repair works.Online electronic paperwork system.What will you need to join the team?2 years of Post Trade HVAC/ Air Conditioning experience.Experience in commercial service and maintenance.A desire to continue learning and developing your skillset.Package includes:Ongoing external manufacturer training on central plant and other commercial systems.Proven career progression for high performers - sales/ account management, supervision, project management, start up and commissioning.Highly experienced technical team to mentor and develop under.Good, clean contracts - across a variety of commercial sites.Joining a very stable team with strong tenure - not a revolving door.Wage from $45-55 + Super + Dual cab UTE + RDO + OT.Why apply?This group is committed to employee development.
