Our experienced installations team and project managers are capable of delivering smaller projects through to more complex installations and upgrades of a building's central plant.
Select is multi trade and in addition to HVAC, it also offers building maintenance services and has a team of trades people including carpenters, painters, and handy persons.
WE'RE HIRING! Our HVAC team in NSW is growing, and we have several full-time permanent positions available. These roles offer the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and industrial properties, providing essential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services across Sydney.
We're on the lookout for skilled HVAC Service Technicians to join our Select team in Sydney, New South Wales!
ABOUT THE ROLE You will report to the General Manager of Select and have the support of the current HVAC team and admin support in the office.
You will be required to work 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day. Each week, 2 hours accrue towards a Rostered Day Off (RDO). The typical working hours are 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM; however, they will vary based on client requirements.
You will work primarily from client sites across Sydney and occasionally in the Central Coast. You will also visit the Northmead or Kirrawee office on occasion to collect equipment, for team meetings, or social events. You will be provided a company vehicle and fuel card, which can be parked at home with personal use permitted.
Occasionally, you may be required to work weekends or beyond normal business hours. In these instances, you will be eligible for overtime rates. Occasionally, you will be called out after hours to make emergency repairs for clients, and in these instances, you will receive a call-out allowance.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
