Servicing Queensland, this unique role as Business Development Manager for our HVAC division will have you working as part of a national team in the HVAC silo.
A commitment to our merchant customers, product end users and design sector as well as our people.
Calling on our diverse range of clients and managing a merchant reseller network, you will be driven by building effective relationships, and pride yourself on your industry knowledge and tailored solutions.
Responsibilities Previous BDM/Account Management experience with proven sales & technical abilities and the ability to develop a targeted sales plan for the QLD HVAC market.
An understanding of the mechanical services industry and its products, particularly balancing valves.
Relationships with mechanical services contractors and system designers.
Fantastic written and verbal communication skills.
The ability & confidence to provide structured training modules to these sectors.
The ability to build strong, effective relationships.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
The drive to work autonomously, while contributing to the overall team.
The ability to provide expert product support and advice to customers.
The ability to adapt to customers' needs with a solution focus.
The ability to drive revenue and profit across QLD through product implementation and sales initiatives.
Sound computer skills to enjoy the benefits of a connected workplace.
Relevant experience in the HVAC industry and sales is paramount.
The desire and willingness to promote the Hydroflow range via trade shows/nights and association events sometimes after hours as required.
