Direct, coordinate, and control operations to maximize efficiency, meet business goals, and ensure safety.This role is a permanent position within the MacIntyre Wind Farm O&M team.About the RoleEnsure compliance with safety standards and policies set by Acciona Energy.Oversee adherence to General Safety Standards and QSE requirements by collaborating companies.Direct and coordinate high voltage activities for equipment operation.Manage maintenance activities for substations, HV / MV lines, and related equipment.Contribute to contingency planning and inventory management for equipment.Collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and technicians to optimize equipment performance and lifespan.About YouHold appropriate trade certificate in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.Preferably possess or be eligible for a QLD 'A Grade' Electrical License.Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.Possess a valid manual vehicle driver's license.Ability to comply with ACCIONA Energía Safety Management System and travel to various Wind Farms across Australia.In compliance with Security of Critical Infrastructure (SOCI) Act 2018, this role is defined as a critical worker and labelled at ACCIONA Energía as a Privileged Access Worker (PAW).Privileged Access Workers (PAWs) are required to obtain satisfactory results from Acciona's Suitability Assessment prior to commencement, which forms part of our standard pre-employment checks.About UsACCIONA Energía is the biggest 100% renewable energy company with no fossil legacy in the world.
