The position.
The position will require a flexible availability and willingness to work a mixture of days, nights, and weekends to support our guest obsessed culture.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading the store - People, Safety, Sales, Quality, Service, Cleanliness, Profit.
Providing Safety Leadership through our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy.
Creating a Guest Obsessed Culture within your restaurant.
Leading a high performing team, supporting Crew training and development.
Leading your designated shifts in accordance with Hungry Jack's guidelines and standards.
Building the brand via effective business planning execution.
Managing the business to ensure each shift achieves profit goals.
Championing change, ensuring your people are engaged and change is sustainable.
Continuing your own self-development as you grow in the role.
