Primary Purpose: The Human Resource Officer is accountable to the Manager, Human Resources, for the delivery of an effective human resource advisory and support service to the Emergency Services Sector (ESS). This includes providing timely and quality advice on a broad range of general human resource matters, covering all areas of employment lifecycle from vacancy, advertisement, recruitment and selection, onboarding and offboarding. The role also involves training managers and employees in various human resource and recruitment systems and processes.
Remuneration: ASO4
$76,561 – 80,256 Special Conditions: Engagement will be subject to a satisfactory Emergency Services Sector Criminal History Check. For all special conditions, please refer to the Role Description.
