### Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Officer to join our team at Brunel International. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees and management on a range of HR-related matters.

### Key Responsibilities

* Interpret and apply company policies and procedures related to payroll and benefits
* Provide HR administration support, including data entry and maintenance of HR systems
* Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits inquiries
* Collaborate with the payroll and finance team to ensure seamless delivery of HR services
* Manage administrative processes for documents, databases, and online systems
* Proactively support the HR Director and partner with business units to understand their objectives and provide HR support

### Essential Skills and Knowledge

* 2-4 years of experience in HR roles with business partner responsibilities in a mid-large organization
* Strong understanding of payroll processes and HRIS systems
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
* Australian work rights required

### What We Offer

* A Macquarie Park based role in Sydney
* Monday-Friday day shift (4 days in office, 1 day from home)
* Full-time contract role for 6 months
* Competitive hourly rate of $50-$60 + Super
